Unidentified Mage

The presumed inventor of the Narrative Device. He was found dead in Goblin Manor and arose as a zombie, after using the machine in an ill-fated jaunt to the deadly realms of Ravenloft. More remains were discovered that indicated that he had companions who also used the device, who had also died from either psychic injury or malnutrition.
He was the abusive master of a goblin slave who was not unhappy to see him gone.
His name and role in the Bibliopolis is currently unknown.
