there must be some differences between akerese and Az'atmas bazilik, but no one dare goes in Az'atmas to record it.

Genetics and Reproduction

Bazilik form steady couple that can stay together for life. They reproduce an average two time per year, at hot seasons, and lay around five egg each time. Generally only one to three of them survives until hatch as the other can get eaten by predators. Same applies for the hatched babies that are small enough to be taken by prey birds and snakes.

Growth Rate & Stages

Egg hatches in a year, and it takes three years to have an adult bazilik. young bazilik are already fully capable of living and hunting alone, but on their own size.

Ecology and Habitats

They lives in rain forests and jungles, taking mostly on already dead carrion, and rarely attacking small mammals.; they also takes on eggs of birds and other reptiles. youngling take on insects and small rodents.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Adults eat carrions, rarely attack mammals, chase on reptile and bird nest for eggs. Small ones may start with insect, eggs and rodents.

Social Structure

They tend to avoid each other, and assemble for reproduction period and fight each other over the female.

Domestication

Akeidre avoid it, and prefer importing horses from Meridia to do their farm work. In Az'atmas, Shalzak mount them and use them for farm work.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Alkalian pharmacist study their poison to transform it into a drug for surgery. Their skin is also used for highly resistant cloth, especialy in luxury goods like handbag.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Bazilik have extremely good vision, but are easily distracted by fast moving bright colours and are blind at night; strong smell (more from tongue than nose) and good detection of vibration with their paws. Their hearing is good enough to hear someone whistle at ten kilometre but have difficulty hearing anything else.
