Basic Information
Anatomy
Elves are like human, but often taller and a bit more fit. With pointy ears.
Biological Traits
There are two ethnicities of elves, Karai and Elfalen; Elfalen are high nobles, and Karai are lowly citizens. Elfalen tend to be more smooth, slender and with pointier ears. Karai being farmers and merchant are either muscular or a bit fat. Between male and female there are the same differences as with human; at that detail that elven women are more flat-chested, male elves are more feminate, especially for Elfalen.
Dietary Needs and Habits
They are mostly vegetarian with fish complement and rare poultries, they are intolerant to mammal meat.
Biological Cycle
They tend to have fewer wrinkles and old-specific disabilities than humans, however it is suspected that it is not natural but by use of cosmetics and life thread magic.

Their chin tend to be a bit more pointy than human.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Most of them are in Oriaka, some live in Meridia, extremely rare refugees of the empire in Alkalia.
Average Intelligence
The same as human, with more gaps between uncultured Karai and noble Elfalen with preceptors.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The only difference with human sight, is that they see a bit better at night. Same for hearing, they tend to hear a bit more small noises. And the same for magic perception, they can tell the difference between human, elves and Athrian, where human only see power.

Naming Traditions
Elfalen take names from Indian and Tolkien's elfic, Karai are more mix of Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian. Korean is also involved.

There is two major languages for elves: Elfalen and Karai.
Common Etiquette Rules
They are extremely concerned over honour, respect and hierarchy. Bowing to a superior with different degree of lowering. Suicide of a servant if failed to comply or satisfy the demand of the master.
Common Dress Code
Karai wear simple cotton cloths, without any specificity. Elfalen wear kimono, heavily decorated with imageries, embroideries, vibrant colours.

The culture of honouring the yokais and learn to fear them. Preparing the dead to become one.
Common Taboos
Any relation with a human, especially resulting in the birth of a half-elf. Relations between Elfalen and Karai out of an arranged marriage with a consequent dowry.
History
Elves descent, like human and dwarves, from Elnumels, and have connexion to Nereid and Sil-sankres. The history of the race is that of the empire of Oriaka; full of dominance, purity and disregard of the humans.

Sidrith Imladrith, the ever pissed; A hero that saved the world, but everyone remembers how easily angered she could be.
Common Myths and Legends
The spirit realm of dusk and dawn, their religion, considering that every dead reincarnate into the spirits of dawn, and that nature itself incarnate as spirits of dusk. Some are protectors, some are vengeful spirits.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
They tend to have a very high opinion of themselves, they don't even consider the existences of dwarves and orks; despises humans (or at least were despising human in the past). the only ones they fears are Sil-sankres; they would be afraid of Akereses if they were not tribal, but they don't even know they exist.
