Personal history
Countess Erika Raja-Melek Van Orije of Joriah. A Sil Sankres. Niece and successor of Alexander von Wargen at the head of the county of Joriah. As her family was not very sociable with her, and more "she has to be prepared for succession", she always considered Alexander as a father rather than an uncle. As they got older, their relationship became more fraternal... And when Alexander was denounced by one of his viscounts and was framed for the scoundrel's crimes, she was forced to take his place. Since then, they have had a more serious vassal relationship that they both regret.
She is a girl who is both gentle and firm, a countess who masters court etiquette and all the art of masquerade that goes with it. This amused her at one time, but it displeased her more and more as time went by. She hopes to be able to join her uncle in Alkalia, and settle down quietly for a well-deserved retirement; but to do this she must first find a replacement, or give birth to an heir(ess).

As a countess, born to be one, she received the education, at the expense of being loved like a girl by her parents. Alexander ended up being the parental figure she missed in her actual parents.

Alexander on the other hand, grew free from the code as he embraced Alkalian culture, getting to express more freely his real feelings for his niece.
