His court of librarian, called the astral curators, record the story of the universe in a godly clock tower, on a floating island of the astral sea; surrounded by portals leading to every dimension that exist.
By his powers, he watches over the flow of time, and control the tread of reality, he protects the space-time continuum of any problem blocking its entropic flow.
No one is to enter in his realm by simple right of life, the infinite wisdom it keeps is so vast and absolute that it have to be worthy of unlocking.
His paladin; the chronarchons, are rare and reclusive. The time is not something to manipulate with lightness. He is the ultimate symbol of order. Those who received the grace of Liceeus are capable of living out of time, anticipating events and move freely into space.
The time is unmovable, sacred and out of any will. No temple and no prayers are needed, any hierarchy can or shall rise up from a thing that grand. For that, on the mortal plane, only watchmakers pray him in silence, for their clock to be perfect. Away from the cities are erected the monasteries of the chronarchon, without any door or windows.
