Kinei is the royal general of Dessiara and in charge of most military actions for the country. Inside he is a kind man, but is forced to do some things he disagrees with because of King Aaron. He is of the mindset that he needs to remain in the position he is in as if he were to step down, someone more cruel might replace him and make things harder for citizens. He prides himself in being on the side of the common man, as he was a common man himself once.
