Prince Tybalt Valen (a.k.a. Bali)

Tybalt is the second prince of Terramis and a musician. He lives his life as if it were a musical, and loves roping others into his shenanigans. He has no desire for the throne or politics and, if his older brother, Enamel, were to no longer be able to take over the throne, would be ineligible anyways because of his personality. He also has low intelligence, and is fairly gullible.
