The High Council of Olm Dorei
The High Council of Olm Dorei is The ancient ones goverment.
A selected few, often the oldest and wisest, are chosen to be seated at the High Council.
There are a few instances of younger Elves being granted the honor to be members of the Council. But those individuals have often done great deeds for their race. In these cases its often is some great strategic display in war.
The highest standing within the Council is the High Empress. This titel can only be granted to women within the Council. This is because the Olm dorei see women as awesome(not finished, duh)
