Kalib Blackstone

Kalib is almost always seen at the illegal fighting events with his intense blue eyes always observing. He tends to be reserved and quiet by nature, seemingly more interested in watching than talking to others. Always well groomed, expensive but plain clothing gives the appearance of having wealth but not liking to flaunt it. He has a certain charm about him, always with a slight grin as he goes about traveling from fight event to fight event. When you speak to him, he seems gentle, well-educated but also gives the impression of being a natural leader of others. Those around him should not let his boyish good looks give the wrong impression, judging by the way he carries himself and his movements he seems to be one that can very easily handle any that would be foolish enough to take him as an easy target.
From time to time, you will see him speaking with the event organizers, some of the event entries and those that are taking bets on the side. Occasionally witnessed writing in a small black leather book but those that have tried to peek over his shoulder have noticed that he only writes in a code that others cannot begin to decipher. Due to his mysterious nature and always being present at these illegal activities, there are plenty of rumors circulating about this man. If there were any rumors of what he is up to… the person that whispered the rumor has died of mysterious death. No one really knows for sure what he is planning or who he ever answers too if anyone.
With so many rumors about this person, it is sometimes difficult to know which is true or merely rumors about him but some of those rumors including:
Kalib being within the Shadow Organization, being somewhat of a freelancer and with a high enough rank of not having to answer to Rando or Tillie. He is also one of the few that are so bold as to display the Shadow Organization's symbol out in the open in the form of a rather expensive but plain looking necklace. Being able to kill anyone he wants; he does not feel the need to hide the symbol that they are all required to have on them for identifying themselves to one another.
Assassinations, spying, double crosses, infiltration behind enemy lines or other work that is never acknowledged are some of the other rumors going around about his work within the shadow organization. He may appear to be in his early twenties, his first mission took place over 20 years ago and no one is sure of his true age.
Even at a young age Kalib always had a sinister way of hurting others without the need of weapons. He was secretly recruited for the purpose of assassinations as a child. During his first several years in black ops, he was trained and conditioned without mercy to become the perfect assassin. Someone that blends in, comes and goes without question, able to kill with his mind alone and could disappear at will. When he undertook his very first mission of killing a high-ranking officer within the military, to prove a point Kalib not only killed the target but he did it in front of dozens of witnesses. Within a few years he started to quickly climb the ranks within the black ops department.
Kalib had his blue eyes magically enhanced, altered with forbidden tech and magic. This allows him to always see invisible, hidden or things that cannot be seen by the normal eyes of others. Illusions will not work on him as he will always see the truth and not the illusion.
He may also be working as a double agent for the Imperial Special Operations, running experimental development for unknown purposes. As the ISO does not official exist there are many rumors and conspiracies about what Kalib may be working on within the ISO. More interestingly is the fact that he is such high rank inside of two secret organizations, with no one really knowing what his project is or what he is up to, but no one dares to question him about it.
