Beleth the Barber
Selnos Beleth and his apprentices cut hair, perform minor surgery and dentistry, stitch wounds, remove warts, set broken bones, and provide many other medical and cosmetic services in Nedev. He does have a front room in his shop for the less invasive procedures including haircuts, while the backrooms are used for the messier services.
Purpose / Function
Since magical healing is too expensive for most people, or too difficult to find even when you can afford it, the barbershop provides the medical services that people need.
