The Outer Plane - Avamane

The Outer Plane is the least coherent, and most metaphysical location in the multiverse. Its landscapes and properties can be fully shaped by thoughts and feelings. Depending on what the observer thinks and feels, landscapes can change in an instant, gravity nullifies, time slows down to a crawl, etc. These strange properties are because the Outer Plane is essentially The Astral Sea - Ava, but so far removed from the other planes that pure thought is the only thing that remains. This is also where the gods live. They have a large amount of control over their surroundings on The Outer Plane, and will shape their own realm to inhabit. The few recorded cases of creatures entering The Outer Plane generally involve staying in one of these godly realms, since they are held together by their inhabiting god, and don't have the same unpredictable risks as the rest of The Outer Plane.
