Eilistraee

Eilistraee was the daughter of Corellon Larethian and Araushnee, who later became Lolth. Although Eilistraee was cleared of any guilt in the attempts that Lolth had to slay Corellon, she chose to be exiled with her mother, as that was the only way she saw that the Drow might some day find salvation. In direct competition with her mother, Eilistraee's goals are to bring the Drow back to the surface, show them the light of the moon, and integrate them back into Elven society. She sees the continual infighting and combat that Lolth forces the drow to partake in as an affront to their nature. Although she tries to be peaceful in the way that she approaches her goals, she also possesses two Singing Swords, and a legendary greatsword, known simply as The Moonsword. She is very skilled with the use of her blades, and is also known as The Dark Dancer, for the way she fights in combat.
