Fahrefhal (Fair-eh-fall)

Fahrefhal, a plane ruled by the absent Rel Eteisus, is a primordial hell of fire and storms, with vicious greenery and otherworldly animals dividing them. The plane is said to be Neutral Evil, where its inhabitants are forced to compete for survival or suffer at the hands of their own humanity. It is believed that in the ruling Inutherin's absence, it is ruled by the elvish god Eisol. The realm is a marriage between the domains of Rel's parents and grandparents, meaning nature, time, and storms. The direction of the realm is guided by Rel's hatred itself.   it is said that the realm is divided by lands that sit in different periods of the plane's existence, with every inch being rained down upon by storms or fire from volcanos which envelop the outskirts of the realm. The plane is reportedly impossible to navigate due to the warping of time as one travels. The wrath of nature itself is another obstacle on its own. In different periods, one may be able to see the differences that Rel and Eisol bring. While Rel's is the visage of fire, earthquakes, and hatred, Eisol's sits more neutrally. The periods of Eisol's rulership display horrendous storms that feed walking plants. Occasionally, the temporal fronts can be crossed by the inhabitants of any given period, which gives rise to short-lived battles that span across millennia.
