Henrich Longwood
Henrich Longwood, son of Dalrin Longwood, lived in exile after his father and his coconspirators against rebellion were exiled. They mostly lived a wandering lifestyle, traveling wherever the water took them. Henrich would be the first to recommend taming the local mounts, breaking them and training their young. This proved effective and they would eventually be a formidable group of riders. Their group would even serve as professional robbers before they eventually settled down, all thanks to Henrich.
Henrich was rather cruel, but would have a son that would eventually found Astania, modern day Eldurgrund. His son (or at least the only recognized one) would be born a year after Henrich died to a belligerent horse that refused to be broken (the stories say that the horse "tricked" him into thinking it had given up before kicking through his head).
