Construction beginning/end

The completed construction of Ilobel by the J'barri slaves. Most of the slaves would die in the process, though their work is considered foundational to the modern engineering of the city.

Ilobel's completion would mark the pinnacle of Western Elvish nationalism. Uliyo would see to his rulership from a temporary keep, as the well-known Waning Keep would not be completed itself until his son's reign began.
