The development of Fjord housing, grand bridges, and collection of precious metals from melting glaciers.
Fjordstrond is the city of teachers, researchers, priests, and adventurers alike. They managed to make the most incredible architectural developments to date, save a few other large creations (often still commissioned for Fjorstrond locals). These would include bridges that are hundreds of feet long and hundreds of feet above the water, across fjords. The long labyrinthian homes dug within the fjords became the standard for most inhabitants of the central city itself. Larger than the rest, is the ability to collected deposits of metals and other precious items from the glaciers, worth astounding amounts of money or being able to serve as metal sources without the same labors as mining.
