The rejected offer from the Waning Keep to unite with Bourilia and the River Kingdom of Nim in order to defend from potential threats abroad.
After a long-winded silence from the western elves following The War of Eyiliv , Ettermiddag, and The Fester Treachery , the westerners would formally reach out to their elvish neighbors regarding concerns abroad. While word of humanity's recovery had not made its way to Silse yet, Ulitol Feneyl presumed that they would eventually reach the power they had in the past. There was no telling if they would be able to conquer the kinds of magics they had before, but Ulitol was well versed on humanity's ambition. He presumed it would only be a matter of time before they began their expansion attempts to the sacred land of Silse. While his premonitions were correct, his offer was declined by both parties and staunchly at that. While the Southerners were able to appreciate his assistance in centuries past, they also didn't tolerate his views towards dark elves and the J'barri. Truly, while he was a competent ruler for his own people, his global views were less than seemly. Meanwhile, those in the East only knew their Western cousins as savages filled with hatred. Vhou Riyael was particularly difficult to convince, and his inclination toward rejection was unshakable. Letters were sent in response and further discussion was smothered out of the question.
