Vhou Riyael (Vow Ree-ale)
King Vhou Riyael
King Vhou Riyael was the first formal king of Nim. He was selected to rule during the The Nim-El Convocation and was the chief supporter of marching on the constructs after the Razing of Mailes . During his early heroic escapades, he decided that his kingdom should settle along River Nim, where the eastern elvish capital stands to this day. His rule has been a delicate balance between helping his people survive, maintaining positive relations with the J'barri, and keeping both humans and western elves at bay. He tries to stay active in his duties, travelling abroad to perform his foreign relation duties in person whenever possible.
To date, Vhou Riyael has no children. Some suspect him to be infertile, while others think he doesn't want people to think that his kingdom could be passed on to another. Regardless of his reasons, it stands in stark contrast to the Western Elves, who seem to need a new ruler every 20 years or so.

A Continent Divided
Eastern Elves and Western Elves
The Kingdom of Nim (Whose people are named the Nim-El) constitutes the central government of the Eastern Elves, or the country of "Tsaoin." Tsaoin is known for its long held traditional elf values. Magic has gone unused to this day. Eastern Elves and Western Elves (of Urale) are like night and day. The Westerners are focused on advancement socially, technologically, and magically.
