Riyael's lackluster response to Uliyo regarding Feneyl's concerns about the return of the Constructs.

Uliyo, having sent pleas to Riyael about support against the constructs, had expected an overwhelming response to push them back. The reality was anything but overwhelming. After reading the 3 page letter from Uliyo containing the situation, plans, and theories, Riyael sent a letter saying the following:   "You do us the honor of enduring. You have our thanks and prayers. Silset be with you until we can do more."   Riyael has not spoken on why his response was so limited, but his short-sightedness is sourced as the main reason behind the Western Elvish rebellion and eventual independence.
