Dour and Levrin Begin Construction of the Waning Keep

The full construction of the Waning Keep, which still stands undestroyed to this day.

The Waning Keep would be the first massive display of power for the Feneyl Dynasty, and would also serve to save the image of Levrin's career. It served to dissuade anyone from attempting to harm members of the royal family, as a full siege would be required to get anywhere near them. Lastly, it would be a suicide mission without a willing conspirator to help you get back to the mainland, even during a siege.   Once it was completed, the entirety of the royal family would be relocated to the keep, which they almost never leave thanks to its grandiose size. Dour also resides there to this day but also serves as a messenger from time to time to the other western cities.
