Each market's prices may increase or decrease depending upon a variety of conditions. A shortage of materials may cause a rise in prices. A surplus of labor might lower prices. Each season the adjustments for each market are determined. The base price for an item is found in the Players Handbook page 148-159. The market adjustment is made to the Haggling roll to account for its effect.
