One of two Madcapped of the Iron Rain. When he was a child the Bast Oligarchy raided the Thousand Eyes for metal once and took him as a slave. As a teenager he was taken on a raid into Dost where he caught a boulder that was dropped on his squad. For this he was promoted to an Arms of Light after which he killed his squad, snuck onto a boat, travelled to Al Renya and took passage back to his home.
His time as a slave had taught him to bide his time or get punished. He is known to sit calmly and listen to a challenge or problem then murder a person. When he is truly angry the only difference is this process is faster.
