Secretly Walgur was a member of the Ascendant race, immortals from the time before. He led the secret organisation of the Wards who tried to keep the world in balance. He has now gone missing, leaving the world without balance and a dangerous tool, the entire might of the Wards, without checks. He has large stashes of resources, including metal, and the skills needed to easily get more.
As far as anyone knows, his short term motivation is to keep the world stable, this seems to feed into his long term goal to rebuild the world in a way that is interesting to him. Sometimes people will interrupt his schemes and he will be forced to create a plan to deal with them which can be both important for his work, and a petty act of revenge.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Walgur has the appearance of a healthy man of around 40 years. He seems fit and will often hide his strength and height using posture. He maintains a well groomed hair style with no facial hair, the groomed appearance extends to having no piercings or tattoos. He has dark skin, darker than the average Parad and his skin seems to be incredibly blemish free.

Walgur likes parties, he is quite the extrovert and likes being able to direct conversations with a well timed word. He seems bored by many of the hobbies offered, ironically for his work, he prefers activities that didn't exist in the past.
He is very open and accepting of non-binary genders and sexualities, contrasting this he is openly against religion

Walgur is well liked by the other guild heads, though the warfare department often dislikes him.

His main concerns are the other Ascendants, he tries to keep an eye on them with his Ward network but they are skilled at catching spies. The Hedonist is his main concern since they are setting up a place for themselves, unlike the others who follow their hobbies.
