Dinosaurs

Within the Nublar Jungle stomp many species of dinosaur. Ranging in size from tiny to titanic, some fearsome in aspect others appearing more docile, they populate the jungle as part of a rich ecosystem. While a solitary dinosaur will sometimes range outside of the forest, they for the most part remain within the jungles they are best adapted to. 

Types of Dinosaurs

Dinosaurs come in a number of species, but they can generally be classified in a handful of categories. Note that the size descriptors are relative to the dinosaurs - they are not necessarily being used in D&D game rules terms.

• Tiny scavengers
• Small pack predators
• Medium herd herbivores
• Large solitary herbivores
• Gigantic solitary predators
• Titanic solitary herbivores

Most dinosaur varieties as listed in the various D&D books are present here, other than the flying types. The forest has far too dense of a canopy for flying dinosaurs to find a presence.
