Licea
Licea was a city on a large island north east of its owning nation, Humelaka. It was very old but not that big and had existed since the 2nd year after Christ's death. It was historically owned by Christians and many early church councils were held in Licea, and it was viewed as a holy and historical land that even had its own bishop. Eventually, the city fell into decay after so many years and was only important because of its religious and cultural significance. During Aiden Tarui's later years of life as speaker for his alliance of the Talalmari, Huta, and Humelaka he knew of Licea and its significance and position and decided to turn the city into the capital for his alliance of nations in the northern east. He negotiated and he got Licea as the capital for the alliance. Religious people mostly stayed on the outskirts of the city but owned more important and special spots, while government officials and council members stayed in the inner city with more resources, comfort, and influence. It was a balance between secularism and religion organized by both government and church, and for many years to come, Licea would be known as an ancient and holy city for the Christians and a historical and important capital of the east for all, including non-Christians.
