AirMail
Is mail by horse or messenger too slow for your needs? Do you wish to deliver your secret love letters in the same day you write them? Try AirMail! A revolutionary expansion on the mail carrier industry!
AirMail is a relatively new industry in the Continent of Lastreriel. The flying mail carrier was invented by Hubert Goldfinger, a halfling inventor who grew up on the outskirts of Brixton - the Capital city of Briskgarde. Having lived in a desert city, there was no good way to deliver mail between towns or countries without large delays or even death.
The AirMail carrier ship is a small-scale ship intented for one or two people to operate with a cabin for letters and packages. The Premium AirMail carriers have built in sorting and filing systems that read the intended destination and pull the parcel into the operators cabin when the ship gets closer to its destination.
AirMail carriers have a map and guidance system built in to assist in the timely delivery of parcels. The guidance system is powered by a rare Vivianite crystal which can be found near the border of Ashwood.
Due to the newness of AirMail and its use of a rare resource, AirMail carriers are mainly owned by weathy nobles who wish to make a profit. Some Guilds invest in the machines through their member fees in order to deliver classified information or instructions to other capters within the continent. Occassionally, a small business owner or professional messenger will be able to save up the coin to invest in furthering their business and clientel, though it is not often, it is not unheard of either.
While Hubert's invention was beneficial to those who prefer fast parcel transportation, it also assisted in building up Brixton's economic standing by providing a new profession: AirMail Manufacturer. This is a profession perfect for struggling inventors who want to get their hands dirt and make some money at the same time. No more waiting for inspiration to strike in order to get paid. Skilled smiths and inventors can make a decent living by building AirMail carriers for resale.
In the manufacturing plant there is an assembly line for part sorting, a warehouse for construction, and a final warehouse floor for final inspection of the machine.

As much as I Love that the airships are "maily owned", you might want to update the article for spelling. Awesome craft though!
