Arcardi Tree

Arcardi Trees are a cursed type of tree. They begun growing after the Arcardi Plague spread from Academia as a result of the Third Disentegration.
The Arcardi Trees are trees that have been diseased with the plague but become immune. In the area around the trees spellcasters magic is suppressed (long later found out to be due to pollen that causes the ones to breath it in to get a temporary version of the plague which sewers their contact with the arcane weave for a short amount of time). Fruits from the trees also have anti magic effects. Wooden weapons are particularity good and cheap against mages and wooden armor gives extra protection against magic. (The protective feature of the disease is not from it attacking the bond between user and the weave but because the plague was extremely resilient against magic).
Other Arcardi plants also exists as bushes, flowers and grass.
In the middle of each Arcardi tree 1 or more Elemental Pearls grows from the magic that the tree rejects.
