Established many decades before the Liberation effort undertaken by the Calixis Sector by the Cestelle Alliance as a foothold in the Gorian Sector to one day overtake its agricultural production, it was put in a delicate position when the Drayedes Beheading eliminated most of the calixian leadership in the area, cutting most ties the board had with its greater consortium and diminishing its ability as a great player in the sector. 
Lady Leila Svenlar saw the situation as an opportunity to use the tie of her former master Ghislav Solcios Domgred to become a neutral party between the Calixis Sector and the Gorian Sector to elevate Agrocom as a massive player in the agronomic industry.
