Lord President

The Lord President is the title of the Head of the executive arm of La Compagnie, which consists of its ten regional directors. The Lord President is also the supreme leader of the Lordship Court, which speaks in the name of the Count and His Lady. 
While very powerful and influential, the Lord President still has to defer and deal with the political interest, personnal power of his Board of Directors, and the fact that most of La Compagnie is made from tentacles deeply rooted in other organisations.

Requirements

The Lord President must be a longstanding member and good friend of the Count and His Lady. He must be surpemely competent in military, political and financial affairs.

Appointment

While all the last Lord Presidents were biological clones of the first Lord President Markhov, making it some form of hereditary position, the Lord President is determined by the Lord and His Lady.

Duties

Oversee the growth, strength and spiritual wellness of La Compagnie's assets around the Imperium. Being the right hand man of the Count and His Lady.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the operations of the Board of Director, determing the vision and action of La Compagnie while the Count and His Lady are away, negotiating Rogue Traders and Noble Houses vassal titles.

Benefits

While the Lord President has access to near-finite amount of money, the real power coming with the title is one of influence and contacts all the breadth of the Imperium of Man and beyond.

Accoutrements & Equipment

The Lord President has no formal attire and wears whatever he sees fit.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The Count and His Lady may remove the Lord President from his position as they see fit. In their absence, the Board of Directors may, upon a majority vote, expell the Lord President from the Board of Directors until the Lord and Lady comes back for judgement. While this power does exist, the Board must vote and support the elements with proofs in respect to many thick tomes of procedures.
