Ket Altor

A series of nine standing stones, arranged with eight in a circle around a single central stone, this site is said to predate the Empire of Kataris by centuries. It has long been a meeting-place for druids, and the stones are said by some to have a connection to the Katari Pantheon. In recent years, there have been reports of secretive meetings occurring here, with elders of the druidic tradition travelling hundreds of miles - allegedly to meet with emissaries of the elves of Lith Terrin, and of the magicians of Lapis. Rumors about the purpose of these meetings abound; some claim that these secret councils were somehow influential in the ending of the Long War; others whisper that those who meet here conspire with the Dictator of Savura to establish a kingdom under his sole rule; or perhaps to darker purposes still.
