Pandion Erastes

(a.k.a. Purpose)

Born 1320, Pandion is the younger brother of Duchess Theodike Erastes, and is betrothed to marry Lady-Scion Zeraphina Mettvergen. Unknown to many outside of his immediate family and a handful of members of House Mettvergen, he is in fact a tiefling and former ward of the Hospital of Ekirena, where he was known as “Purpose”. Pandion completed his apprenticeship a couple of years before the Night of the Wolf, but there is a high likelihood that he may nonetheless recognise Motion; it is less likely that he would recognise Beatrix as “Beatitude”.
We understand that Pandion is involved in many of the same political circles as Theodike, and indeed that his politics may well be more radical than hers. He is known to be an outspoken advocate for reform of serfdom laws, and he would likely be a useful ally for our cause.
