The Words of Sikaryam Against the Hierophant of Kaliset are a formal denunciation, invoking the Curse of Obscurity. They are attributed to King Sikaryam of Vash Ossai, and are believed to have been written 2087 years before the rise of the Empire of Kataris. Though lost for almost two millennia following the Fall of Vash Ossai, they were rediscovered by a party of adventurers in 1344AK.

Words of Sikaryam Against the Hierophant of Kaliset

1. These are the words of Sikaryam, Monarch of Vash Ossai and Overlord of the Gilashim, who in the fourth year of their reign did denounce the Hierophant of Kaliset thusly:
2. It being the case that the Hierophant of Kaliset, priest of the god known unto the Sahu as Sathrazapash, did in the ninetieth year of the rule of King Yatzulazu petition Vash Ossai for aid in their great undertaking,
3. And it being the case that, in accordance with the treaty signed by Queen Erishabat in the forty-fifth year of her reign, the aid requested was thus provided,
4. And it also being the case that the Hierophant of Kaliset did misrepresent the nature of their great undertaking, and use the strength provide by Vash Ossai to blasphemous ends,
5. And furthermore, it being the case that these ends did wreck immeasurable harm upon Vash Ossai, the Clan of Gilashim, and the free peoples of the world,
6. And that their actions did bring down the wrath of the gods upon the world and stir the Primordial Annihilator to wakefulness,
7. We do find the Hierophant of Kaliset to be the most blasphemous, wicked, and treacherous of beings.
8. Henceforth I, Sikaryam, of the line of Empress Enshumenabba, Monarch of Vash Ossai and Overlord of the Gilashim, do invoke the Curse of Obscurity:
9. May their Name be Stricken from the records,
10. May whatsoever good that has come of their acts be unspoken of,
11. May their knowledge be attributed to another,
12. May this denunciation be all that remains,
13. That they shall be remembered for their treachery alone.
14. By my authority I bar their servants from the city, and forbid all dealings with them whatsoever.
15. By my authority, I commission what spies and oracles are required to enforce this ruling
16. In the name of the Annihilator, it is done.
