Mahogan ap Seith
The wealthy Lord Elmstump - a man of taste and wealth
Lord
The Hunchback Lord of Elmstump.
Richest Man in Salisbury.
Quite conservative.
Renowned for his deceitful ways but also his Honor.
Devout Christian.
Second son of the illustrious Lord Seith of Elmstump, a notable rebel against Vortigern. Mahogan's family was staunch supporters of the Pendragons and was rewarded with large grants in return.
They've been the richest people in Salisbury for generations, but also the ever present thorn to keep Lord Salisbury on track in supporting the Kingdom. When his elder brother, Mallowch died in the Frankish lands, Mahogan, his father's disgrace was given a chance to prove himself. When Seith died not two years later, Mahogan jumped on the chance to make something of himself. Most of Salisbury owes Mahogan favors for one reason or another, and he's wed to a woman of Summerland. Somehow, Lord Mahogan conspired against Salisbury, but managed to avoid evidence to the fact. However, under mysterious circumstances, he was killed in the Battle of Royston.

Personal history
Born as the hunchbacked and disliked son of Seith, Mahogan took heart in the knowledge that God was not punishing him, but his father for past crimes.
His brother was bright and colorful, a man befit the stature that was expected of him, however, when Mallowch died, it fell to Mahogan to be the heir, and not a year passed before the grieving father threw himself into a skirmish with Saxons.
Mahogan married a fitting match from lands of King Cadry the Wizard, and his wisdom and guile became invaluable for Salisbury in the years that followed Mahogan entitlement as Lord Elmstump. Soon, Mahogan was renowned as the richest lord in Salisbury, and while he could not fight as well as his peers, he never forgot that his weapons were far more numerous than spears.
When Roderick died, Mahogan shortly considered to claim Salisbury for himself, yet when the great heroes of the field of St Albans, Sir Reccared, Sir Aurelius and Sir Aldwyn had their opinions, it was not hard to fall in line. These mighty warriors could save Salisbury from the coming storm. Couldn't they?
