The Quest of the Vladmask
ExpeditionJayko, now as king of Morcia, collectes the pieces of the Vladmask, and recasts them into the Shield of Ages by a blacksmith at the Mistlands Tower. Jayko then faced Vladek, along with his knights Sir Adric and Sir Kentis. They then used the Shield of Ages to trap Vladek inside a crystal ball, winning the battle. Jayko then properly knights Adric and Kentis as the other three original knights look on. Jayko steps out on the balcony of Castle Morcia beside a statue of Orlan, First Knight of Morcia, and recognizes the familiar face of the blacksmith. As this will be one of his rare expeditions, he hires Jake Raines - explorer, thrill seeker, and all-around daredevil - to assist with the heavier work. He discovers an Egyptian tablet, which he uses to translate a journal telling the story of Amset-Ra. They eventually find the resting place of the pharaoh with the aid of CMF Desert Warrior. Criminal ActivityThe Brickster terrorizes Lego Island by stealing the buildings and the bricks that make them up. Pepper Roni was sent out to retrieve the parts for the police helicopter, which the Brickster had hidden throughout the island. Pepper (apparently with the aid of CMF Detective) captured the Brickster by shooting pizzas at him, stuffing the Brickster until he couldn't move anything, allowing him to then be caught by Nick Brick. He was then imprisoned in the new LEGO Island jail.

Filming of Island Xtreme Stunts
Criminal ActivityLEGO Studios has come to LEGO Island, and Pepper Roni has been cast the lead role in the latest film, Xtreme Stunts. However, The Brickster has been released from jail, and has also been given a role as the movie's villain. However, after the filming for the movie is finished, the Brickster reveals that he was using the movie as a cover for his latest scheme, and that the Brickster-Bots have constructed a computer tower on top of Space Mountain that will destroy the island. Pepper defeats the Brickster, and Sky arrives in a helicopter, saying she wasn't able to stop the program, but was able to change the effect. Pepper and the Infomaiac escape with Sky on the helicopter, leaving the Brickster on top of his tower, which then self destructs. The Brickster is arrested and put back in jail, and Xtreme Stunts is shown at the theater.

Criminal ActivityOgel has re-engineered the evil orb so that it causes mutations and uses it to mutate sea creatures to serve him. Ogel's sinister plan for the mutant sea animals is destroyed when Dash reverses the orb factory controls, thus reverting all the sea animals back to normal. However, Ogel escapes again by detaching the cockpit on his Mutant Squid vehicle.

Mission Deep Freeze
Criminal ActivityOgel's plan has gone from mind control to causing damage to the world. His plan is to freeze the world at his base in Antarctica with ice orbs to freeze time itself. The ice orbs are completely different from the evil orbs Ogel made earlier, as they no longer cause mutations/brainwashing, but instead freeze everything on touch. Alpha Team track him down to Antarctica. Time was frozen for a short time, but was eventually restored in what became known as the Zed Incident.

The Bermuda Triangle Treasure Hunt
ExpeditionThe treasure hunter group known as Aqua Raiders explores the Bermuda Triangle, where the divers utilizes high-tech submarines and other special equipment to look for the lost treasure of an ancient king. While submerged, the divers encountered and battled sea creatures of monstrous proportions. The expedition never returns, and is shown to have ended badly as future subnautical expeditions discover.

Criminal ActivityDoctor Inferno rises to power, and creates his own organisation with many henchmen, many of which were enhanced with cyborg parts. His volcano base is destroyed shortly after his defeat in 2008, infiltrated by Dash Justice in secret.

Operation Dino Attack
Disaster / DestructionIn the year 2010, strange mutant dinosaurs appear in Lego City, forcing the creation of a Dino Attack Team . The team had to stop the dinos before it the city is reduced to ruins, and the world is overrun! But these dinosaurs had abilities beyond what is ordinary. At first, the only way to handle the dinos was lethal violence, as they were too many of them to capture. However, with the world watching and many governments condeming the actions of the Dino Attack team, a new strategy was devised. The plan was nolonger to destroy all of the dinosaurs, whom all had escaped into the nearby jungle, but to capture, contain and study their genetics. Operation Dino Attack was successful in containing the mutant dinosaur threat to LEGO City and the nearby Jungle. The operation lasted 4 months, with the final wild mutant raptor (attacking Street Sweeper Sal and Rod Stanchion) being brought in by the combined effort of the Dino Attack Team and Captain James of the USS Ocean Odyssey.

The Atlantis Expedition
Discovery, ExplorationSamantha Rhodes finds a map and a book and learns of her grandfather's quest to find Atlantis, and tricks the Deep Sea Salvage Crew into helping her look for the lost city and find the magical keys that will unlock the Portal to Atlantis. After completing their quest and making their way into the city, as well as recruiting Dr. Brains into the salvage crew, finding the lost submarine the USS Ocean Odyssey and seeing that the Aqua Raiders had been very close to the lost city, they discover that Atlantis has been trapped in eternal darkness by the Dark Guardians, who have kept the Golden King prisoner since his capture by Hypaxxian forces. After finding all of the Golden Treasures of the city, the crew is captured by the guardians and taken the king's palace, who is a prisoner of his own dungeon. In an attempt to escape the palace and defeat the guardians, Samantha hatches a plan to send a remote-control submarine to the surface world and attaches her grandfather's journal to explain the situation. After receiving an unknown source of help, the five crew members defeated the guardians and helped rescue the city from darkness, and returned the Golden King to his rightful place as ruler of Atlantis.
