Le rituel de l'Ordo Septenarius

Ce matin là, Friedrich Magirius se confie et , pris de remords, avoue qu'un rituel de l'Ordo Septenarius est prévu le soir même, avec un sacrifice humain. Rayaar et Karl poursuivent leur recherche jusqu'en fin d'après midi, quand ils retournent voir Magirius. En arrivant chez lui, ils découvrent qu'il vient d'être assassiné. Un de ses domestiques appelle à l'aide en accusant les deux aventuriers. Ceux-ci ne peuvent que fuir pour éviter d'être arreter. Arrivés à l'entrepot ou le rituel aura lieu, ils se glissent discretement à l'intérieur et l'interrompront. Ils combattront Gidéon un démon multi-forme (le domestique de Magirius vu un peu plus tot) et Johannes Teugen . La confrontation se terminera par la disparition du démon dans les limbes et la mort de Johannes Teugen . Le reste de l'Ordo Septenarius fuira dans l'incendie qui détruira l'entrepot et se propagera à une partie de la ville. Recherchés, Rayaar et Karl quittent précipitemment la ville sur le Bérébéli de Josef Quartjin .
Une fois à bord, ils retrouvemt Klaus Magirius, domestique et demi-frère de feu Friedrich Magirius . Il leur remettra des documents, volés chez Teugen, qui indiquent la responsabilité d'une certaine Etelka, ainsi qu'une recommendation pour demander de l'aide à Hieronymus Blitzen, à Altdorf. Karl et Rayaar acceptent cette demande de vengeance.

That morning, Friedrich Magirius confides and, overcome with remorse, confesses that a ritual of the Ordo Septenarius is planned for that very evening, involving a human sacrifice. Rayaar and Karl continue their search until late afternoon, when they return to see Magirius. When they arrive at his house, they discover that he has just been murdered. One of his servants calls for help, accusing the two adventurers. They have no choice but to flee to avoid arrest. Arriving at the warehouse where the ritual is to take place, they sneak inside and interrupt it. They will fight Gideon a multi-form demon (Magirius' servant seen earlier) and Johannes Teugen . The confrontation ends with the demon disappearing into limbo and the death of Johannes Teugen . The rest of the Ordo Septenarius fled in the fire, which destroyed the warehouse and spread to part of the town. Wanted, Rayaar and Karl leave the city in a hurry on Josef Quartjin's Berebel. Once on board, they find Klaus Magirius, servant and half-brother of the late Friedrich Magirius . He gives them some documents stolen from Teugen's house, which show that a certain Etelka is involved, as well as a recommendation to ask Hieronymus Blitzen in Altdorf for help. Karl and Rayaar accept this request for revenge.
