Arven the Fisherman
An expert fisherman who was hired by the Kingdom of Libris to manage the fishery established in Talons Rest. Responsible for catching and preparing several species of fish and eels which help feed the city.
With his years of experience fishing in the Stolen Lands he's always got lots of useful tricks and advice for novices fisherfolk. In 4710 his favorite fishing hole was claimed by the legendary Old Crackjaw, bane of many a sailor. With an appeal to the Rogue Talons they were able to face the monster and remove one of the bigger threats to travellers across The Tuskwater.
