This spell assaults and twists creatures' minds, spawning delusions and provoking uncontrolled action.   When you cast the spell, a tiny sphere of dazzling, buzzing pink aura appears at a point you choose within range. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere surrounding the sphere is targeted with a pink lightning bolt arcing from the sphere, and must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or its head becomes enveloped in buzzing, bright pink aura and it becomes Confused.   An affected creature can't take Reactions and must roll a 1d10 at the start of each of its turns to determine its behavior for that turn (see Confused Behavior).   At the end of each of its turns, an affected target can make a Wisdom saving throw. If it succeeds, this effect ends for that target, as does the pink aura.
