Soft aura builds in your finger and then coalesces into a flame, equivalent in brightness to a torch, that springs forth from an object that you touch. The effect looks like a regular flame, but it creates no heat, doesn't use oxygen, and doesn't create any sound or smell. A continual flame can be covered or hidden but not smothered or quenched.
