While you wear these boots, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can use the boots to fly for up to 8 hours, all at once or in several shorter flights. Using the boots for a flight of less than one hour does not count against the limit, but a flight of at least 1 hour counts as spending all 8 hours. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.
Once expended, the boots regain their full flying capability after 24 hours has passed without use.
