An earthquake rocked Rainfall, the westernmost town in Bonner, an opened up a cavern beneath. When a group of adventurers ventured below they accidentally uncovered and awakened the blue dragon.

There once was a town called Rainfall. The westernmost town in Bonner where it rained every single day, despite the arid climate of the Steppes Prefecture where it was located. All of that changed when Mirian “Hummingbird” Fireraven, Daryl Berry, and Danger Grassyash came around.   Their adventure started like so many others, in a bar. After a braggadocious ranger named Alistair showed off his treasure from a recent adventure, Danger decided to fight him for it. Daryl and Mirian were caught up in the scuffle when an earthquake struck.   A tunnel ruptured open in the center of town and, finding gemstones and gold inside, the party decided to search inside. They descended into a massive crystalline cavern, floor covered in heaps of gold and gemstones. They grabbed some, earning them the ire of The Ancient Blue Dragon whose lair they invaded. In all their lives dragons had only been myths and legends until that moment.   The dragon commanded the party to leave her treasure, intending to kill them with her breath weapon, but those three found they all had a complimentary ability; forcing long, drawn-out conversations and debate. They frustrated the dragon - but when the dragon realized she had been slumbering for generations she went into a frenzy. The dragon breathed lightning at Danger - but Mirian pushed the half-orc out of the way in time. Her tail whipped against the halfling, sliced Daryl open, and sent blood flying.   An aftershock hit - stalactites fell and cut into the dragon. Her blood splattered across the cavern. With both hers and Daryls blood in the air, somehow, impossibly, drops of each landed in each others' wounds.   The dragon blasted a hole in the roof and left. The party followed her out the slow way, only to find Rainfall destroyed, its rain grown into a full-on storm, and its inhabitants dead. The Blue Dragon was in the wind.
