Cerulean
The Blue Dragon
Much like Godzilla, Cerulean has changed from a destructive and self-obsessed being into a friend to children everywhere. Although she would never admit it, she's like a cool aunt that way. She respects people; she's seen what they can accomplish with proper guidance, and she can be an unshakable and powerful ally when she chooses to be.
More than anything she is obsessed with her "grandchildren", those dragonborn descendants of her Councilors.

When Daryl Berry and the Bonner Boys awakened Cerulean, she hated all the humanoid races inhabiting the world. She wished to take their treasures and strike down their homes with her lightning breath. The only problem was she had one of those humanoids in her head, and Daryl was a pacifist. She could feel his feelings and she needed them to stop. Cerulean hunted Daryl deep into the desert - only to find him communing with Braes, the Brass Dragon. Sure they were rallying her enemy against her, Cerulean attacked and put Braes into a kill position. But with his neck in her jaws she could not bring herself to kill him. Cerulean went into hiding. She was scared the halfling Daryl had broken her and ran. Sable, the Black Dragon, awoke and the country plummeted into an eternal eclipse. She could see enough of it through Daryl's eyes. Sable had bonded with a dark elf, and she had destroyed Daryl's home, killed his brother, scarred his friend, and murdered a child they cared for. Cerulean sympathized, she'd want to end the life of anybody who took all that from her. It was the right emotional state to be in for when Braes arrived with a crazy idea. He called it Dragonbirth, a more permanent and powerful form of the dragonbonding they had already accidentally started. Daryl would become genetically related to her as well. She told herself it was to help kill Merielle, but even after The Battle for the Sky she continued traveling with the Bonner Boys. She didn't want to admit she enjoyed the adventuring life. Cerulean left the Bonner Boys after a significant portion of her treasure was stolen. She felt she should have been back in her lair with her belongings. But she kept in touch with Daryl well enough. It was clear all the other dragons were up and active well before he asked her to join him in forming the Council of Dragons. She did not know if she could trust the Bonner Boys or her siblings. Daryl convinced her. When the elemental dragon eggs appeared Cerulean was excited. This could mean they were capable of reproduction after all. When the Fey Lords interfered, Cerulean did not hesitate to call them her enemies. She joined the Council of Dragons in the Assault on the Summer Court but was separated from Daryl. The Bear King tossed her into the Feywild. It seemed she had to fight the entire plane of fey getting back to Bonner, even if it was their version of Bonner. Her fight with the Bear King continued into their Citadel Keep until Daryl and the Bonner Boys arrived to save her. According to them, the Feywild could warp time and it had been 5 years since her fight had begun. The Devil Legion attacked Loom and Cerulean fought back at Citadel Keep. The Devils and Fey were both defeated. Cerulean and Daryl returned to the Council of Dragons and welcomed the Elemental Dragons to their number.Morality & Philosophy
Cerulean believes in rules, and the first rule is you don't fuck with my people. She considers those closest to her to be treasured similar to the precious gemstones in her horde. Maybe less valuable because they don't last forever but still they are important. Outside of that, watch yourself, but she is too superior to bother just stepping on anyone and everyone.
