Isle of Kyrie
The Isle of Kyrie is an island inhabited by the Wandering Waters tribe: a gathering of changelings originally established in The Dawnstruck Wilds, but made a trek across the land to the island almost 300 years ago. The island is off the coast of Mercercle.
It has caused some tension between the tribe and the Council of Six, as the Ducercle leaders see the inhabitants of the isle as Mercercle citizens and attempt to enforce laws of trade, taxation, etc. to the members of the tribe. The tribe sees themselves as merely coincidentally off the coast of Mercercle.
