Black Fairy Moss

Curiously, I really like the aesthetic of this particular plant.

The small fairy-type creatures of this world use the plant as insulation for their homes and for general aesthetic purposes. Black Fairy Moss is well, black with hints of copper shining like tinsel throughout it. Many absolutely adore the colour and often model their houses after it. The larger sapient species of this world will actually use the moss as a sort of fire starter, its natural dryness lending itself extremely well for the task of firelighting.
