Rainbow Jellyfish Caps

I was given a whole bunch of these by the local children. They were extremely delicious and Addi ate so many she got sick.

The Rainbow Jelyfish Caps are basically wild candy. If you have a sweet tooth, these are the mushrooms for you. They come in a wide variety of colours, and they are very sweet. These mushrooms are often found near ponds or lakes and are highly sought after by children. A good way to eat them is to 'candy' them in a sugar syrup. It is not the best way to eat them though. The best way to eat them is raw and right from the ground. Jellyfish Caps also melt in your mouth and are very satisfying to eat.
