Wine Lichen

This lichen is an absolutely stunning burgundy red. Aptly named, it can be made into tea from steeping it and the tea will taste and look as if it was a beautiful red wine. This lichen is also able to be made into paint pigments and dyes. Its gorgeous red hue is perfect for painting fall colours and dying clothes for holiday celebrations. Speaking of celebrations, alcohol is abundant but you are able to find the cold form of the tea made from Wine Lichen as a substitute for those who can't or don't drink. The flavour is that of an aged port wine.
