Cornelius Rex

A noble of high standing, one so powerful that none stand to question him in the city of Pahyrst. Suspicions have arisen in the past around him, and any who dare to investigate are either placated immediately or found dead/missing before any information can be uncovered. Not much is known about this man, however when he does make an appearance, he is always smiling and cheerful. He displays his power and good will by occasionally helping the poor get on their feet as his servants, though the people he takes in are never seen again. Supposedly, they are sent off to work on his fabulous estate, treated well and are the happiest they've ever been. This, of course, is all according to him.

Mysterious and pragmatic. Knows when he's lost when he's won. Prefers to slide under the radar than bust in guns blazing.
