Fozuli

This eccentric wizard used to be a court mage in Panda. Eccentric, to say the least, he was exiled for this research to undo the Seal of Servitude that brands one permanently as a slave. Currently, he stays in hiding in Fort Blightmoor, where he takes in slaves who travel to him and offer to remove their brand in exchange for some services. In reality, this is just a way to continue his research, and his foray with the players was his first successful ritual since he was exiled and his research burned.
Since he successfully removed the players' brands, he has given them a tool with which he can contact the players. Now that his research has proven once again successful, he may ask the players to do some favors to spread his influence and help reduce this burden of slavery on society.

Aloof and carefree. Knows much more than he lets on, but seems like he doesn't care about anything enough to share. Living the hermit life, he doesn't care much for money.
