Panda

The great city of Panda was once the ruling kingdom in all of Areya. After the The Great War, Panda's power was greatly diminished and the kingdom shattered. Many years later, after the dust had settled, the Pandan lands are peaceful once again, content with ruling side by side with their new neighbors.
The streets of Panda are inhabited by humans and half-elves primarily, though the city is said to be very diverse, allowing any who are capable of maintaining the peace into the city. If one were to see a proud Elves in a human city, it would be in Panda.
