Northern Duthdar Empire

Ruler: Meyver Duthdar The smallest Empire, the habitable land, is further decreased by the southern corruption fields surrounding Anook and the northern dominion of Tiamaton. The Northern Empire focuses mainly on transit and aiding resource supply between the Eastern and Western Empires.   The island does host a disproportionate number of Yentarian who ensure safe passage and provide vigilant protection of two vital crossing locations, Anon’s Ferry and the Twin Alabaster Bridges.   Significant Locations Anook Ruins. Burnt and crumpling, the ruins are all that remain of the ancient capital city of the Dragonborn. Those who venture into the scarred land are met with corrupted creatures and the eternally tortured souls of those whose fate was sealed 700 years ago.   Blood Plains. A natural sanctuary for the Crimson Blood Oak, herbologists believe the root systems expand across the continent, finding and feeding on the iron-rich soil continuously saturated with blood throughout Doloran’s history.   Burning Fields. Land on fire, the land shows the remains from the eruption of Inferno’s Gate, the arcane nature of the eruption somehow preserved in the lava pools here. The burning fields host creatures and spirits with an affinity toward fire.   Forest of Whispers. Forever charred, the forest spirits preserve the memory of their death through the continuous corruption of the forest. The forest presents the first barrier to the scarred lands, the silent prayers of those about to die falling on the ears that enter. Those weak minds have been driven mad by their cries.   New Anook Survivor Camp. A settlement comprised of all those that did not wish to abandon the historic city and seek aid to help cure the corruption of the land so they could one day rebuild what was lost.   Rinbar Island. A haven for those who oppose the Duthdar Empire and stronghold of the Rinbar Pirates. A small community on the island connecting the twin alabaster bridges is said to be in league with the pirates, ensuring their survival.
