Plants

When someone thinks of plants, they usually think of something like flowers you might pick, the grain you harvest, or the trees in a forest. Some are beautiful, some are poisonous, some are both. They all need to get nutrition and water; spread their seeds; and not be eaten in a way that doesn't further one of the other two.

There are a few plats that have even more exotic features than usual. They might be able to walk, possibly talk, and even form social structures.  For all intents and purposes, they have to be considered fully-fledged creatures in the same way animals are.

How these awakened plants came about is somewhat unclear. Some point to Mielikki, others to the Fey. Most likely, there are several different origins.
